Mega Man IV

Your goal is to guide Mega Man through side-scrolling stages, defeating enemies and Robot Masters to save the world. You run, jump, and shoot your way through levels filled with platforms, pits, and hazards.

The core gameplay loop involves choosing a stage, learning its layout and enemy patterns, and defeating the boss to gain their unique weapon. Each Robot Master's weapon is strong against another, so the order you tackle stages is a key strategic choice.

In the early game, focus on mastering Mega Man's basic buster shot and jump timing. The middle section involves using your acquired special weapons to exploit boss weaknesses and navigate tricky sections more easily.

During tense moments, such as boss fights or difficult platforming sequences, careful positioning and pattern recognition are essential for survival. The challenge rhythm is a mix of methodical exploration and fast-paced combat.
