Play Flame Dragon Knights II Online

Flame Dragon Knights II: Legend of the Golden Castle is Han Tang International Information’s 1995 DOS tactical RPG. Lead a growing party through turn-based battles while searching maps for equipment, shops and optional routes.

The sequel expands the first game with character development choices, hidden objects and stages that require special conditions. These systems reward careful exploration, but they also make version-specific guides more useful than a general series overview.

The complete English-facing title includes Legend of the Golden Castle, corresponding to 黃金城之謎. This distinguishes the game from the first Flame Dragon Knights and from the later mobile nostalgia edition.

Before moving, inspect allied and enemy ranges. Position durable units where they can protect weaker party members, then focus attacks rather than spreading damage across many targets.

Search suspicious map positions when it is safe to do so. Some items and shops are hidden, but chasing them should not leave the party exposed or cause the battle objective to fail.

Keep saves from before each stage and before major character-development decisions. Some optional content depends on conditions that cannot be reconstructed after a battle is complete.
