Mega Man ZX

Your primary goal is to explore interconnected areas, defeat robotic enemies, and overcome challenging bosses. You move through levels with running, jumping, and shooting, using a lock-on system to aim at foes.

A key mechanic is acquiring Model transformations by defeating bosses, which grant new weapons and movement abilities like dashing or swimming. The game features a mission-based structure and a Metroidvania-style world map that opens up as you gain new powers.

Focus initially on mastering your basic combat and movement. In the mid-game, strategically use your acquired Models to access previously unreachable areas and tackle missions in a non-linear order.

During tense moments, such as boss fights, learn attack patterns and switch Models to exploit elemental weaknesses.
