Heroes of Jin Yong 2 — Enhanced Edition is Guo Lei’s browser-based martial-arts RPG, published under his pen name Half a Bottle of Vinegar. Explore the jianghu, train skills and make choices that open different events.

This is an unofficial fan work inspired by Jin Yong’s novels, not the 1996 DOS game made by Heluo Studio. Progress depends on attributes, learned techniques and decisions made when meeting factions and characters.

The slug retains 2006 from the original game, but a contemporary portal records the Enhanced Edition itself in March 2008. The displayed year now reflects that edition rather than its predecessor.

Review the starting attributes and choose which combat strengths to develop. Use the mouse-driven interface to travel, talk to characters and select actions during events.

Train useful techniques and keep recovery items before difficult encounters. Some opportunities depend on earlier choices, morality or faction membership, so one route cannot collect everything.

Save before joining a faction or making a major story decision. If a walkthrough mentions another release, confirm that it covers the Enhanced Edition rather than the original Flash build.
